Company History
FRANKLIN COUNTY is one of Virginia’s fastest growing counties comprised of communities that continue to value their farms, forests, waters, and cultural heritage. Our population is approximatley 56,000 residents. Franklin County is located south of Roanoke Virginia at the foot of the Blue Ridge mountains. The county is situated between two lakes which are major vacation areas for tourists throughout the year. Additionally, people travel to our area to discover a diverse selection of attractions, from outdoor adventures such as camping and hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway, to cultural and historic experiences such as visiting the Blue Ridge Institute at Ferrum College or catching one of the many local musical performances. Franklin County is a primarily rural area that enjoys the relaxed lifestyle of our community where every side road opens up new vistas, views, and quiet moments for those tired of crowds, long lines, and clutter.
